Black reparations

All African Americans will be allocated public or public housing as soon as possible based on a house with the number of bedrooms equal to the number of family members, or an apartment with the same number of bedrooms, or a studio or one-bedroom apartment for singles. Each family should be allocated a family car of the middle class, for single families – a two-seater middle class or compact; sports cars, as well as luxury or executive cars can be provided at a racial discount on preferential credit or leasing. Education at all levels and medical care in the territory of these states is completely free.

Each family receives a one-time allowance of $30,000, singles receive $15,000.
