Collateral damage from what?! Recently I came around an article [1] by a respected historian Victor Hanson with a bitter acknowledgement that a "postmodern idea of truth as a mere pick-and-choose official narrative, is now normal". He notes further: Some untruths become either... "noble lies" that serve communitarian purposes, or canonized lies that would cause too much collateral damage if exposed. The lie, or at least an unproven "truth," soon becomes so institutionalized that the effort to challenge, or even modify it, is seen as corrective medicine far worse than the disease of the lie. [Formatting is mine]. Wow! One could hardly invent a more cynical, yet truthful confession, which appeared, by the way, in a resource called "American greatness" (sic)! It resonates so well with a brilliant phrase of a commentator Bob68 a few years ago about "Crimes too big to ever acknowledge" in America (in reference to the 2008-2016 imposture). In a quite a casual way (as though saying "Sometimes we go shoplifting"), the author observes that this nation (boasting to be a "beacon of humanity"!) denies or distorts the history using it as "didactical tool" for promoting a current political agenda. We do know that other nations used to do it. For example, Turkey still denies that it perpetrated the holocaust of Armenian Christians over 100 years ago, and it therefore breaks diplomatic relations with anyone who recalls it. Indeed, Sovetskih re-wrote history to their pleasing – but so did also the Russian tsars! America? America has been lying and living by propaganda lies at least since the 1861 Civil war. 1) The 1861 Civil war legend and the arguments justifying it are the most lasting lies maintained up to these days. Indeed, slavery in the 19th century was an ugly, shameful (and myopic) practice. However Lincoln started the fratricidal war not to liberate the slaves (never mind accommodate and integrate them), but to prevent the Southern states from exercising their Constitutional right to secede: to secede without any questions asked! And some conservatives keep spreading the lies and propaganda of that time up to now: exactly when a massive secession would be the best way of a peaceful termination of this failed and very sinful union [2].    2) It's a shame for a historian like Hanson to not miss a chance of kicking the late Senator Joseph McCarty as though for excesses in confronting the Red Peril. It's for a reason that Dr. Joseph Douglass wrote: "Here has been a national policy going back to the 1920s to hide the crimes of the Communists, especially Russian Communists". Yes indeed! It would take a book to expose why and how it was done. It does take a book called "American betrayal" by Diana West about hiding the crimes of the Communists, especially Soviet Communists. That's why America in WWII actually saved the Stalin's "Icebreaker" plan (V. Suvorov). That's why America never brought Stalin to the Nuremberg trial – yet admitting his "judges" to administer justice there. And that's why America and the West prevented a Nuremberg-like trial over Communism in the 1990s already after collapse of the USSR ("Moscow Judgment" by Vladimir Bukovsky). 3) However the ugliest example of denial of truth (because of a "collateral damage" from it) is the American recent history – the enormous 3-act coup consisting of… Act 1, 2000-2008 (traced by J.B. Williams); 8 attempts of passing congressional bills to rid of the "Natural born" requirement for some upcoming important presidential candidate [4]. Act 2, 2008-2016, the actual imposture of that "candidate" Obama/Soetoro. Act 3, 2016-2020, non-stop attempts to topple President Trump, and finally toppling him in a vast 2020 election steal by the entire US government, which simultaneously destroyed the integrity of the election in the US for indefinite future [3]. That's some truth for you America! What? A lot of "collateral damage"?! A medicine far worse than the disease?! A crime too big to ever acknowledge?! But "The truth shall make you free" (if still possible), and also Alexander Solzhenitsyn admonished everybody: "Live not by lies!" By the way, Sovetskih (as unusual as it was for them!) did have prongs of repentance and cravings for (some) truth about the Stalinism, even twice: in the late 1950s [5] and during "Perestroika". Don't like such a prescription America?! Too bitter a pill? Then here is some more truth for you: The nation, in which truth causes "collateral damage", is damned! The nation, in which exposure of lies is viewed as medicine worse than the disease, is damned! Alas, America keeps living by lies more than before! America (and even Trump) readily swallowed the 2020 election steal as a final deal daring to make plans for 2022 and later! What a stupidity and shamelessness! As Laura Wellington put it, What is wrong with the mindset of our national conservative leadership? It is dumbfounding to me that any politician on the right would spend more than a second entertaining the notion of recapturing the House in 2022 and telling us so – given the means by which we lost the presidency continue to be the "means" we use to decide elections. Given these "means" (the government election coup!) remaining denied, and the accomplices – unpunished! ..."Recapturing the House" by whom are you dreaming about: by those very repoops which betrayed the Constitution on January 6, 2021 throwing Trump and other own candidates under the bus?! America, the former beacon of humanity, now fell so deeply into sin and abomination, that it exemplifies a defeat of civilization [3]. Побочный ущерб: от чего?! Недавно я наткнулся на статью [1] уважаемого историка Виктора Хэнсона с горьким признанием того, что "постмодернистское понятие об истине как произвольно сочиненной официальной легенде, стало нормой". Далее он отмечает: Некоторые образцы неправды становятся либо... "благородной ложью", служащей "общинным" целям, или канонизированной ложью, разоблачение которой может привести к слишком большому побочному ущербу (collateral damage). Ложь или недоказанная "правда" вскоре становится настолько узаконенной, что попытки оспорить ее или просто подредактировать рассматриваются как лекарство, гораздо худшее, чем сама болезнь (лжи). [Форматирование - моё]. Каково! Вряд ли можно было сделать более циничное – и правдивое! – признание, появившееся, кстати, на ресурсе под названием "Американское величие" (sic)! Как тут не вспомнить замечательную фразу комментатора Bob68 о "Преступлениях слишком больших, чтобы их признать" в Америке (сказанной в отношении узурпации 2008-2016). Совершенно обыденно (как если бы говоря "Иногда мы воруем в магазинах") автор отмечает, что эта страна (мнящая себя "маяком человечества"!) отрицает или искажает историю, используя ее как "дидактический инструмент" для продвижения текущей "политической повестки". Мы знаем, что другие страны это делали. Например, Турция до сих пор отрицает, что она совершила холокост армянских христиан более 100 лет назад, и поэтому разрывает дипломатические отношения со всеми, кто об этом вспоминает. Понятно, что и Советские произвольно переписывали историю под свои нужды – но то же самое делали и русские цари! Ну а Америка?! Америка лгала и живет пропагандистской ложью по крайней мере со времен Гражданской войны 1861 года. 1) Легенда о Гражданской войне 1861 года и аргументы, оправдывающие ее, являются самой стойкой ложью, поддерживаемой до сих пор. Конечно, рабство в XIX веке было уродливой, постыдной (и близорукой) практикой. Однако Линкольн начал братоубийственную войну не для освобождения рабов (об их интеграции и устройстве как свободных тружеников и речи не было); а для того, чтобы помешать южным штатам реализовать свое конституционное право на отделение: отделение без каких-либо вопросов! И некоторые консерваторы продолжают распространять ложь и пропаганду того времени до сих пор: именно сейчас, когда массовое отделение штатов было бы лучшим способом мирного роспуска этого провалившегося и очень греховного союза [2]. 2) Для такого историка, как Хэнсон, должно быть стыдно тоже лягать покойного сенатора Джозефа Маккарти за "крайности" в борьбе с красной опасностью. Ведь не зря же д-р Джозеф Дуглас писал: "Начиная с 1920-х годов в Америке проводилась национальная политика, направленная на сокрытие преступлений коммунистов, особенно российских коммунистов". Именно! Потребовалась бы книга, чтобы разоблачить, почему и как это делалось. И такая книга есть: "American betrayal" by Diana West, именно о сокрытии Западом преступлений коммунистов, особенно советских коммунистов. Вот почему Америка во Второй мировой войне фактически спасла сталинский план "Ледокол" (В. Суворов). Вот почему Америка не судила Сталина на Нюрнбергском процессе, а допустила там его "судей" для отправления правосудия. И вот почему Америка и Запад предотвратили "нюрeнбергский процесс" над коммунизмом в 1990-е годы, уже после распада СССР ("Московский процесс" Владимира Буковского). 3) Однако самым  свежим и отвратительным примером отрицания правды в Америке (из-за побочного ущерба от нее) является замалчивание факта о грандиозном государственном заговоре в трех актах. Акт 1, 2000-2008, (впервые опубликовал J.B. Williams); 8 попыток в Конгрессе принять законопроекты, чтобы избавиться от требования  Natural Born для какого-то будущего важного кандидата в президенты [4]. Акт 2, 2008-2016 гг., фактическая узурпация президентства этим "кандидатом" с неподтвержденным именем Обама/Соэторо. Акт 3, 2016–2020, непрекращающиеся попытки свергнуть президента Трампа и, наконец, его свержение в результате масштабной фальсификации выборов 2020 года всем правительством США, что одновременно подорвало достоверность выборов на неопределенное время [3]. Вот правда для тебя, Америка! Что? Много "побочного ущерба"?! Лекарство намного хуже болезни?!  Преступление слишком большое, чтобы его признать?! Но, (как сказано в Евангелии) именно "Правда сделает вас свободными" (если еще возможно). И Александр Солженицын ведь увещевал: "Не жить по лжи!" Кстати, у Советских (как ни парадоксально для них!) имели-таки место позывы к раскаянию в сталинизме и раскрытии ужасной правды о нем, причем дважды: в конце 1950-х при Хрущеве [5] и во время "перестройки". А как в Америке: не подходит такой рецепт? Слишком горькая таблетка? Тогда вот вам еще такая правда: Прὸклята страна, в которой правда наносит "побочный ущерб"! Прὸклята страна, в которой разоблачение лжи рассматривается как лекарство худшее, чем болезнь! Америка, бывший маяк человечества, теперь так глубоко впала в грех и мерзость, что сделалась примером поражения цивилизации [3].
